This is how sustainability advice works

 

Step 1 - Application and consultation

You submit your application. We will then call you to discuss your home and your wishes. We will then submit a quote.

 

Step 2 - Information phase

After you agree to our quote, we ask you to share certain documentation. We are already studying this so that we are well prepared.

 

Step 3 - On-site inspection

Our energy performance advisor will visit you for a physical inspection of your home. This gives us a good idea of ​​the possibilities.

 

Step 4 - Current energy label

The information is processed in energy performance software to calculate the current correct energy label. You will receive this label immediately from us, so that you can move forward with the current energy performance of your home.

 

Step 5 - Sustainability scenarios

We develop 3 scenarios to make your home more sustainable. These scenarios are tailor-made and specifically fit the situation of your home.

 

Step 6 - Sharing results

We discuss the results and our advice in a 30-minute video call. This way you get a clear explanation of the scenarios and you can ask questions about them.

 

Step 7 - New energy label

After implementing the chosen scenario, we issue a new energy label. This replaces the energy label previously issued by us before the sustainability improvements were applied.
